In this role, you’ll partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure incoming materials consistently meet quality and operational standards.</p> <p data-start="4462" data-end="4612"><strong>Location</strong>: Raleigh, NC&nbsp;<br data-start="4488" data-end="4491"><strong>Schedule</strong>: Onsite<br data-start="4510" data-end="4513"><strong>Pay &amp; Benefits</strong>: Competitive compensation + full benefits package + career growth opportunities</p> <h2 data-section-id="1wajri6" data-start="4614" data-end="4631">What You’ll Do</h2> <p data-start="4633" data-end="5467">Lead supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with standards and requirements<br data-start="4730" data-end="4733">Manage supplier corrective actions and drive long-term resolution of quality issues<br data-start="4816" data-end="4819">Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve material quality and reduce operational risk<br data-start="4916" data-end="4919">Analyze supplier quality data, trends, and performance metrics using reporting tools and dashboards<br data-start="5018" data-end="5021">Support First Article Inspection (FAI), Control Plans, and Gauge R&amp;R activities<br data-start="5100" data-end="5103">Develop and maintain supplier quality documentation and reporting processes<br data-start="5178" data-end="5181">Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies<br data-start="5260" data-end="5263">Support automation and inspection technology initiatives to improve quality and traceability<br data-start="5355" data-end="5358">Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, IT, and Quality teams to support business objectives</p> <h2 data-section-id="1lpl61x" data-start="5469" data-end="5489">What You’ll Bring</h2> <p data-start="5491" data-end="6056">Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field<br data-start="5555" data-end="5558">Minimum of 4+ years of experience in quality, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering<br data-start="5642" data-end="5645">Experience with supplier audits, SCAR management, and root cause analysis<br data-start="5718" data-end="5721">Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems<br data-start="5783" data-end="5786">Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and quality reporting tools<br data-start="5847" data-end="5850">Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills<br data-start="5910" data-end="5913">Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred<br data-start="5954" data-end="5957">CQE or CSQP certification preferred<br data-start="5992" data-end="5995">Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills are a plus</p> <h2 data-section-id="1e320is" data-start="6058" data-end="6074">Why Join MPG?</h2> <p data-start="6076" data-end="6350">Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
