Benefits:</strong> Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + comprehensive benefits package</p> <hr data-start="916" data-end="919"> <h3 data-start="921" data-end="946"><strong data-start="925" data-end="944">What You’ll Do:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="947" data-end="1614"> <li data-start="947" data-end="1050"> <p data-start="949" data-end="1050">Lead the <strong data-start="958" data-end="1001">design, programming, and implementation</strong> of automation systems across production lines.</p> </li> <li data-start="1051" data-end="1141"> <p data-start="1053" data-end="1141">Manage full project lifecycles—scope, schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.</p> </li> <li data-start="1142" data-end="1233"> <p data-start="1144" data-end="1233">Coordinate resources across <strong data-start="1172" data-end="1230">engineering, maintenance, IT, procurement, and quality</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1234" data-end="1329"> <p data-start="1236" data-end="1329">Implement and optimize <strong data-start="1259" data-end="1326">PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion control, SCADA, and vision systems</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1330" data-end="1420"> <p data-start="1332" data-end="1420">Partner with system integrators and equipment vendors on advanced automation projects.</p> </li> <li data-start="1421" data-end="1523"> <p data-start="1423" data-end="1523">Drive initiatives for <strong data-start="1445" data-end="1497">Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing integration</strong> (MES/ERP connectivity).</p> </li> <li data-start="1524" data-end="1614"> <p data-start="1526" data-end="1614">Ensure compliance with <strong data-start="1549" data-end="1573">ANSI, OSHA, EPA, ISO</strong>, and MPG quality and safety standards.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="1616" data-end="1619"> <h3 data-start="1621" data-end="1649"><strong data-start="1625" data-end="1647">What You’ll Bring:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1650" data-end="2262"> <li data-start="1650" data-end="1743"> <p data-start="1652" data-end="1743"><strong>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical</strong>, Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.</p> </li> <li data-start="1744" data-end="1838"> <p data-start="1746" data-end="1838"><strong data-start="1746" data-end="1772">5+ years of experience</strong> leading automation or control system projects in manufacturing.</p> </li> <li data-start="1839" data-end="1928"> <p data-start="1841" data-end="1928">Strong background in <strong data-start="1862" data-end="1885">PLC/HMI programming</strong> (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent).</p> </li> <li data-start="1929" data-end="2019"> <p data-start="1931" data-end="2019">Proficiency in <strong data-start="1946" data-end="1996">robotics, motion control, warehouse automation</strong>, and vision systems.</p> </li> <li data-start="2020" data-end="2093"> <p data-start="2022" data-end="2093">Knowledge of <strong data-start="2035" data-end="2090">AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, MES, WMS, sensors, and drives</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="2094" data-end="2174"> <p data-start="2096" data-end="2174">Excellent <strong data-start="2106" data-end="2164">project management, troubleshooting, and communication</strong> skills.</p> </li> <li data-start="2175" data-end="2262"> <p data-start="2177" data-end="2262"><strong data-start="2177" data-end="2198">PMP certification</strong> preferred;
