We also provide 3 days of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday leave per year</li> <li>Annual stipend and 5 paid days off for continuing education.</li> <li>Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, once an established provider with LSCC.</li> <li>Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state loan repayment programs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>You are a board-certified physician who is passionate about working with the underserved population who may be experiencing significant barriers to care.&nbsp; You are comfortable providing care both in person and virtually, and you want to grow a practice where you and your patients work together to decide the best course of treatment in achieving their goals in an outpatient setting.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality primary healthcare.</li> <li>Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.</li> <li>Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.</li> <li>Current valid license to practice in the State of Texas</li> <li>Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety if a patient needs a higher level of care.</li> <li>Participate in after hours on call rotation 3-4 times a year.</li> <li>Possess computer/technology skills to efficiently document within an electronic health record and conduct tele-medicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To learn more about our physician positions please visit www.lonestarcares.org</p>
