<li>We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403(b).</li>
<li>All employees start with 15 days of vacation per year, which increases in increments with tenure. We also provide 3 days of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday leave per year.</li>
<li>Annual stipend and 5 paid days off for continuing education.</li>
<li>Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, once an established provider with LSCC.</li>
<li>Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state loan repayment programs.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>You are a board-certified physician who is passionate about working with the underserved population ages 55+ who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You are comfortable providing care both in person and virtually, and you want to grow a practice where you and your patients work together to decide the best course of treatment in achieving their goals in an outpatient setting.</p>

<li>Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality primary healthcare.</li>
<li>Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.</li>
<li>Current valid license to practice in the State of Texas.</li>
<li>Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety if a patient needs a higher level of care.</li>
<li>Participate in after hours on-call rotation 3-4 times a year.</li>
<li>Possess computer/technology skills to efficiently document within an electronic health record and conduct tele-medicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.</li>
