You’ll leverage your technical depth and leadership to guide delivery from idea to production, modernize legacy systems, and drive innovation in our evolving product landscape. In this role you will: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Architect and deliver high-quality, scalable, accessible software solutions using modern .NET and Angular frameworks.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead technical design sessions and mentor team members to elevate engineering standards.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with product stakeholders to consult on solution viability and estimation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Modernize legacy web applications and drive adoption of best practices.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively identify and address technical risks and inefficiencies.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Take ownership of the entire solution lifecycle, emphasizing quality and iterative value delivery.</li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You embrace AI/agentic assisted development backed by advanced context engineering and promote AI-first workflows across the full software delivery lifecycle.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You use AI to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of engineering work while applying strong technical judgment, critical evaluation, and debugging skills to validate, challenge, and refine AI-generated recommendations and outputs.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are highly proficient in C#, modern .NET, and functional programming concepts.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a proven track record in scalable web application development using Angular (or React), including attention to usable interaction patterns and WCAG-aligned implementation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are a strong analytical thinker and problem solver.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), DevOps practices, and cloud-native development considerations in AWS environments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are results-oriented with excellent attention to detail and quality.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are a self-starter who thrives in Agile environments and operates with autonomy.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have strong computer science fundamentals and a collaborative mindset.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are committed to inclusion and cross-functional teamwork.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You demonstrate integrity, ethics, and alignment with Edmentum’s mission.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a BS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant experience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preferred location - Minnesota or Central Time Zone</li> </ul> Job Application Deadline: October 30, 2026<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay range for this role: </div><div class="pay-range">$130,000—$140,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="row" data-bind="if: $parent.shouldShowEqualOpportunityEmployerDescription"> <div class="col-md-24"> At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency.
