We are a Remote First organization with a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.</div><h3>What You'll Do</h3> Picture a whole state rolling out a new learning program at once, with every district, educator, and student ready on day one. As our State Implementations Director, you'll make that happen. You'll be the trusted partner and go-to lead for state education agency clients. You'll turn state goals into programs that deliver, and you'll bring together teams from across Edmentum to make sure every commitment is met and every district succeeds. If you do your best work leading through influence and bringing order to complex, high-stakes programs, this role is for you. In this role you will: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own statewide program delivery from planning and launch through adoption and renewal, turning state priorities into clear plans, milestones, and measures of success.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the trusted relationship lead for state education leaders, building partnerships through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent delivery.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bring product, technology, data, training, operations, and support teams together around coordinated execution and clear governance.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design scalable district onboarding approaches that meet each district where it is, and make sure integrations, rostering, data exchange, and security are ready to go.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with states to define success measures and reporting, and lead training and change-management strategies that keep adoption going.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Anticipate risks and dependencies before they become issues, and find new ways to improve quality, scalability, and client satisfaction.</li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a bachelor's degree in business, education, program management, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have 8+ years of progressive experience leading complex programs, implementations, client engagements, or cross-functional initiatives, ideally in education or government.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with fixed deadlines and significant operational complexity.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are a confident executive-level relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are skilled at leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You bring strong judgment, problem-solving, risk-management, and decision-making skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have experience working with State Departments of Education, school districts, EdTech, SaaS, education services, or government contracting.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have hands-on experience with technology-enabled implementations, data integrations, training, adoption, and reporting.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are an excellent communicator who connects with both executive and operational audiences.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are able to travel as needed to support state and district engagements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.</li> </ul> Job Application Deadline: October 30, 2026 or until filled<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay range for this role: </div><div class="pay-range">$130,000—$150,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="row" data-bind="if: $parent.shouldShowEqualOpportunityEmployerDescription"> <div class="col-md-24"> At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency.
