This opportunity would suit someone with experience in an architecture, engineering or construction environment who understands industry-standard document management practices, naming conventions and version control.   You will be:  <ul> <li>Maintaining master document registers across architectural projects.  </li> <li>Ensuring accurate control of drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence, RFIs and other project records.  </li> <li>Implementing document control procedures, including naming conventions, revision control and filing standards.  </li> <li>Uploading, distributing and tracking documentation through digital document management platforms.  </li> <li>Reviewing documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal standards.  </li> <li>Preparing document transmittals and coordinating timely distribution to project teams, consultants and clients.  </li> <li>Supporting tender documentation, planning submissions, building approvals and client milestones.  </li> <li>Maintaining audit-ready records, managing project archives and reporting on document status and outstanding reviews. </li> </ul> We’re looking for someone who has:  <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Document Controller within an architecture, engineering, or construction environment.  </li> <li>Strong understanding of architectural drawing sets and design documentation workflows.  </li> <li>Proficiency in document management systems. </li> <li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.  </li> <li>Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF mark-up tools. </li> <li>Understanding of BIM processes and digital design documentation is preferred. </li> <li>Experience working with ISO 9001 or internal QA systems is desired.  </li> </ul> As part of Woolpert you will also have access to the following benefits:   <ul> <li>Woolpert’s Principal Program gives employees the opportunity to become company stakeholders and share in the company’s growth and success.  </li> <li>Employees receive automatic Salary Continuance Insurance provided by Woolpert.  </li> <li>Novated leasing and salary sacrifice options are available to help employees make the most of their income.  </li> <li>Discounted corporate health insurance through Bupa.  </li> </ul> We value diversity and inclusion at Woolpert and are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
