The opportunity with us as Interior Designer  We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our high performing team based in Sydney. Reporting to the Interiors Team Leader you will be assisting with the delivery of innovative commercial workplace and mission critical projects, supporting client management, design development and documentation from concept through to delivery.  This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid work arrangements   You will be:  <ul> <li>Working as part of the project team, delivering due diligence, concept, detailed design and documentation as applicable. </li> <li>Contributing towards the documentation output with freehand drawings, documentation, specifications, schedules and purchase orders. </li> <li>Coordinating with other consultants and assisting in project meetings. </li> <li>Attending site inspections and supporting the response to RFIs and shop drawings. </li> <li>Managing internal project administration duties including document management. </li> <li>Supporting the development of design directions alongside the Senior Designers and Project Leader. </li> </ul> We’re looking for someone who has:  <ul> <li>Relevant qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.  </li> <li>3-5+ years commercial workplace (or similar) design experience working with top tier clients on projects. </li> <li>Exceptional documentation and coordination skills </li> <li>REVIT proficiency required. </li> <li>Strong communication and client engagement skills. </li> </ul> Desirable experience:  <ul> <li>Exposure to projects between 500–5000 sq metres. </li> <li>Experience developing positive supplier and client relationships. </li> </ul> Woolpert Benefits:  <ul> <li>Woolpert’s Principal Program gives employees the opportunity to become company stakeholders and share in the company’s growth and success. </li> <li>Employees receive automatic Salary Continuance Insurance provided by Woolpert. </li> <li>Novated leasing and salary sacrifice options are available to help employees make the most of their income. </li> <li>Discounted corporate health insurance through Bupa. </li> </ul> We value diversity and inclusion at Woolpert and are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
