In this pivotal leadership role, you'll drive best-in-class performance, cultivate high-performing teams, and ensure that every patient receives compassionate, top-tier care.</p> <hr> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Market Operations</strong> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations across multiple infusion centers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional patient experience.</li> <li>Support P&amp;L for your market, ensuring strong financial and operational performance</li> <li>Act as an escalation resource and problem-solver for operational and clinical challenges.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Mentor and Develop Team</strong> <ul> <li>Recruit, mentor, and grow a team of center-level staff</li> <li>Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll, driving productivity and accountability</li> <li>Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on continuous improvement</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Drive Operational Excellence</strong> <ul> <li>Partner cross-functionally with central teams (Finance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Leadership) to optimize processes and resolve operational barriers.</li> <li>Support the launch and operational success of new infusion centers.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Grow Patient Volume</strong> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Business Development Managers to achieve patient census goals and drive growth across centers.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources and vendor partners.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Stay Ahead of the Industry</strong> <ul> <li>Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations to continuously enhance patient care and operational performance.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with multi-site management.</li> <li>Experience managing a P&amp;L and leading clinical and administrative teams.</li> <li>Proven ability to drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional patient experiences.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).</li> <li>Join a national leader committed to raising the standard of care in the outpatient infusion space.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations in our size and industry.
