<h2>Join Our Team at IVX Health!</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">IVX Health is seeking an <strong>Accounts Payable Specialist</strong> to support accurate and timely accounts payable processing and maintain reliable financial records. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, reviewing employee expenses, and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with established financial processes and controls.</p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li><strong>Process Vendor Invoices:</strong> Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely while ensuring appropriate approvals and adherence to company policies and internal controls.</li> <li><strong>Manage Vendor Accounts:</strong> Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions while reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.</li> <li><strong>Review Employee Expenses:</strong> Review employee expense reports for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and compliance with reimbursement policies, following up on missing information or discrepancies as needed.</li> <li><strong>Support Month-End Close:</strong> Assist with identifying outstanding invoices, accruals, reconciliations, reporting, and other activities needed to support an accurate month-end close.</li> <li><strong>Maintain Financial Records:</strong> Maintain complete and accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and recordkeeping requirements.</li> <li><strong>Support Reporting & Compliance:</strong> Assist with accounts payable reporting, reconciliations, and annual 1099 reporting while following established approval requirements and internal controls.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate Across the Organization:</strong> Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to research and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies in a timely manner.</li> </ul> <h3>Essential Competencies & Skills</h3> <ul
