Connected through WPP Open and powered by Open Intelligence, clients see exactly where, how, and why their media investment is working.</p> <p>For more information, visit <a href="wppmedia.com">wppmedia.com</a>.</p></div><p><strong><br>Director, Commercial Finance</strong><br><strong>&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>The key responsibilities of the role are to support the Group Director of Commercial Finance:</p> <ul> <li>Client management – lead client commercial conversations including contract management, pricing, reporting, and ad-hoc needs</li> <li>Revenue management – manage the P&amp;L including monthly forecast and actuals reconciliation.&nbsp; Manage and approve costs including staffing, intercompany transfers, and accrual management</li> <li>External client reporting – ensuring we are contractually compliant with the ongoing reporting requirements</li> <li>Fee Management – Financially manage Fees file to track signed projects to budget and proactively address staffing gaps</li> <li>Contract compliance – ensure contractual compliance of all financial obligations to each international client, often dealing with external &amp; internal auditors and client procurement teams.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or Business OR equivalent professional work experience</li> <li>Relevant finance / accounting experience.</li> <li>Commercially minded with a natural ability to identify issues and create solutions.</li> <li>Ability to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Attention to detail and process-minded, ability to work cross-functionally.</li> <li>Naturally curious to interrogate and validate financial information.</li> <li>Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work to their own initiative.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines through excellent project management skills.</li> <li>Ability to explain financial information to non-financial people.</li> <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 16px;">The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
