Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the Foreman leads field crews, coordinates equipment and resources, ensures work is performed safely and efficiently, and delivers projects on time and within budget. The Foreman serves as the primary field leader and point of contact for crews, subcontractors, and clients during daily operations. Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity.    Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Supervise multiple types of field crews performing including but not limited to environmental, excavation, demolition, remediation, industrial cleaning, and construction projects.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and ensure compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and client requirements.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Plan and coordinate daily work activities to maximize productivity.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Understand project scope, specifications, schedules, and budgets.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Monitor project performance and recognize positive and negative cost impacts.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Monitor labor hours, equipment utilization, production rates, and material usage to maximize profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Identify problems early and develop solutions before they impact the project.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ensure heavy equipment is operated safely and efficiently.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Verify quality of work meets company and client expectations.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Maintain accurate daily reports, equipment inspections, production quantities, and timesheets.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Communicate project status, delays, and issues promptly to the Project Manager.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Interface professionally with clients, inspectors, utility representatives, and regulatory agencies.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining accountability.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Assist with project planning, logistics, and mobilization.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ensure proper care and maintenance of company equipment and tools.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Support emergency response projects and travel as required.</li> </ul> Basic Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">One or more years of experience leading construction, environmental, or industrial service crews.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strong understanding of excavation, heavy equipment operations, and utility work.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to read plans, drawings, and project specifications.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strong organizational and time management skills.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Proficient with tablets, smartphones, and daily reporting software.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to work overtime, occasional weekends, and travel when required.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC). </li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. </li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. </li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to work overtime on a regular basis. </li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday). </li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">The Field Services Foreman frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment.
