The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with iPaaS and Agentic solutions and a proven track record of successful training and certification delivery. In this role, y</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ou will also be responsible to:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Education Program Development and Strategy:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and documentation, tailored to various skill levels (beginner to advanced).</p> </li> <li> <p>Create engaging and interactive training modules on our Workato Academy that covers all aspects of our WorkatoONE platform, including setup, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure ongoing alignment to the programs.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Training Delivery:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to ensure participants gain a thorough understanding of the WorkatoONE platform.</p> </li> <li> <p>Adapt training delivery methods to suit different learning styles and technical backgrounds.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Certification Program Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and maintain a certification program for our WorkatoONE platform, including creating certification exams and assessments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Administer certification exams and evaluate participants' performance to ensure they meet the required standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Continuously update certification content to reflect new features and updates to the WorkatoONE platform.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Technical Support and Guidance:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide technical support and guidance to training participants during and after training sessions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist clients and partners in troubleshooting and resolving integration and AI issues related to the WorkatoONE platform.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain and update training materials in response to product updates, or changes in curriculum to stay in alignment with adjacent training in different formats.</p> </li> <li> <p>Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iPaaS and integration technologies to ensure training materials remain current and relevant.</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>5-7+ years of experience in any of the following at a SaaS/iPaaS company:&nbsp;</p> </li> <ul> <li> <p>Technical Instruction</p> </li> <li> <p>Solutions engineering or consulting (pre or post sales)</p> </li> <li> <p>Customer-facing professional services</p> </li> </ul> <li> <p>Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience in delivering technical training and certification programs, preferably in the field of cloud integration or iPaaS.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including LLM orchestration, AI agents, tool use, and prompt engineering fundamentals</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.</p> </li> <li> <p>Relevant certifications in iPaaS or related technologies are a plus.</p> </li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Flexibility to travel up to 30% across India (primarily), as well as Singapore and Australia.</strong></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Authentic charisma and infectious enthusiasm for Workato’s product.</p> </li> <li> <p>Confidence in answering live customer questions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Consistently delivers high-quality live presentations, education delivery, audience management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Addressing learners of widely differing technical aptitudes and comfort levels.</p> </li> <li> <p>This role will offer classes in English.
