<li>能够&nbsp;<strong>快速识别与筛选目标客户</strong>,具备优秀的沟通谈判技巧与关系维护能力,有高潜力客户的客户关系管对金融市场、衍生品、风险收益等有基本认知,有银行、券商、资管等金融背景者优先。理、客户服务和运营等相关工作经验优先;</li> <li>At&nbsp;least&nbsp;<strong>2&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;work&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;Web3&nbsp;industry</strong>,&nbsp;with&nbsp;hands-on&nbsp;usage&nbsp;or&nbsp;service&nbsp;experience&nbsp;related&nbsp;to&nbsp;major&nbsp;exchanges,&nbsp;wallets,&nbsp;custody&nbsp;solutions,&nbsp;DeFi&nbsp;products,&nbsp;etc.</li>
