About the Role

<p><strong>Unleash Your Potential with Velocity Electronics!&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>REGIONAL SALES MANAGER </strong>in <strong>Singapore</strong>&nbsp;to lead and support a team of Sellers and Business Development Managers by performing supervisory tasks as delegated by the Director of Sales to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Staff, train, and direct the regional Sales department</li> <li>Provide leadership, management, and support for Velocity’s Sellers</li> <li>Develop and ensure adequate performance of all sales activities and standards (e.g. outbound calls, quotations, CRM, etc.) in assigned markets</li> <li>Lead the achievement of maximum revenue and margin growth</li> <li>Establish plans and strategies to expand Velocity’s customer base</li> <li>Establish and maintain strategies for cost avoidance and mitigation; NCM, Problem shelf products, RMA’s</li> <li>Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of Sellers</li> <li>Conduct one-on-one reviews with all Sellers to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and to provide insight into the improvement of sales and activity performance</li> <li>Create and conducts customer presentations as needed, and assists Sales Representatives with preparation of customer presentations</li> <li>Work with Director of Sales to ensure a coherent top down/bottom-up strategy</li> <li>Maintain awareness of and monitor performance relative to market</li> <li>Meet regularly with senior management to report on Sales Team performance</li> <li>Evaluate and approve orders</li> <li>Troubleshoot sales and coordinate with purchasing, and other departments, on process issues</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer-related activity</li> <li>Maintain regular contact with key partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction</li> <li>Control expenses to meet budget guidelines</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred</li> <li>5+ years of sales experience in the electronic components industry; 2-years in sales management preferred</li> <li>Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management</li> <li>Computer literate: experience with complex ERP systems preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p> <p>At Velocity Electronics, our core values—Be Amazing Today, Demonstrate Mutual Respect and Trust, Act Courageously, and Own Your Outcomes—drive our success.
