In this role, you will gather and translate business requirements into actionable insights, ensuring the effective flow of information and data across the organization. font-size: 10pt;">Responsibilities</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clearly defined, documented requirements for bugs, enhancements, and system developments.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain deliverables including vision/scope documents, requirements, mockups, designs, and flow diagrams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage stakeholder requests using established SDLC practices to maintain accountability and traceability.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders to validate that deliverables meet requirements and customer needs.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide support in creating and tracking project deliverables and work items in the ticket tracking system.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to and enforce the adoption of Business Intelligence solutions across teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support the development of key metrics and shared goals to measure success.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure BI governance, data accuracy, and effective communication of insights to cross-functional stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Qualifications</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience in business analysis of data movement and business intelligence reports.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced experience with requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and solution documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau and ETL tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with data sources including AWS Redshift, Postgres, SQL Server, Amazon Athena, Excel, and flat files.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with large datasets, Enterprise Data Warehouses, and Dimensional Databases.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced understanding of SDLC processes and experience with Agile frameworks (KANBAN, Scrum).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent organizational, communication skills (English) and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
