If you believe insurance can combine operational excellence and automation with a human touch, we’d love to meet you. </div>As a Sr. Partner Implementation Manager at Hi Marley, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of partners onto Hi Marley’s collaboration platform, helping connect key players across the insurance ecosystem to create a more seamless experience for policyholders and adjusters. You will partner with external organizations and internal cross-functional teams to discover, design, and implement workflows that drive operational efficiency and customer value. Leveraging your project management expertise and deep understanding of insurance workflows, you will guide partners from initial discovery through go-live, enabling scalable customer journeys that improve communication, streamline processes, and enhance the claims experience.  Teamwork and shared enthusiasm are a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston office for two days each week. Marley, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The annual base salary for this role is expected to fall within the range of [$103,000–$191,000], depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
