You will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across the platform, with a focus on complex reporting initiatives.</p> <p>This role requires strong <strong>Java full-stack expertise</strong>, along with experience in <strong>cloud-native development, enterprise architecture, and Agile delivery</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p> <p>Design, develop, test, and maintain features across the NiCE CXone platform</p> <p>Work independently on complex, business-critical reporting projects</p> <p>Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions</p> <p>Build across backend, APIs, frontend, and integrations</p> <p>Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in code reviews</p> <p>Troubleshoot QA and production issues and resolve defects</p> <p>Contribute to design discussions, POCs, and platform improvements in performance, scalability, and security</p> <p>Mentor team members and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</p> <p>Total experience: 5-7 years</p> <p>Strong experience with <strong>Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and JSON</strong> .Experience building <strong>multi-tier enterprise applications</strong> with <strong>MySQL</strong> or similar databases</p> <p>Familiarity with <strong>AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud</strong>, as well as <strong>microservices</strong> and <strong>cloud-native development</strong></p> <p>Frontend experience with <strong>Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3</strong>, and responsive UI development Ability to build <strong>reusable components</strong> and translate designs into <strong>production-ready code.</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>You Will Have an Advantage If You Also Have</strong></p> <p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)</strong></p> <p>Experience with <strong>Test-Driven Development (TDD)</strong> and test automation at unit and system levels (for example <strong>JUnit</strong>, <strong>Karma</strong>)</p> <p>Ability to break down difficult engineering problems into practical, incremental deliverables</p> <p>Strong judgment in making trade-offs between elegant engineering and speed of execution</p> <p>Exposure to <strong>AI-powered engineering solutions</strong>, including <strong>LLMs, agents, and automation-driven workflows</strong></p> <p>Experience working effectively in a <strong>global environment</strong> and within a <strong>complex matrix organization</strong></p> <p>Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal</p> <p>A proactive, fast-learning mindset with strong ownership and collaboration skills</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Enjoy NiCE-FLEX!</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>At NiCE, we work according to the NiCE-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility: 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week.
