Interested candidates must be organized, have ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment! If you have a strong administrative background and attention to detail, this role might appeal to you!</p>
<p><strong>Position overview:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bid Screening</li>
<li>Logging and tracking of jobs</li>
<li>Developing and running reports (Bi-weekly) (Job closings)</li>
<li>Order entry for repairs, APD, hardware and portals</li>
<li>Checking of account credit</li>
<li>Following up with salesmen on proposals</li>
<li>Help build new business</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Experienced in Excel, Word, and Outlook</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Detail oriented</li>
