Product Manager at Guidepoint

<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Product Manager on Guidepoint’s Product team will support the External team’s execution of the product roadmap.&nbsp; This individual needs to be highly motivated, a self starter that can work independently and in teams.&nbsp; This role will engage with senior product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.&nbsp; You will gain hands-on product lifecycle experience and have direct impact on project execution.</p> <p><strong>This position is a hybrid position out of our Toronto office.</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the documentation and development of product features by collaborating cross-functionally to define the feature’s details</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Managers to manage the product backlog including writing and prioritizing stories</li> <li>Drive projects forward by managing feature roll outs, ensuring stakeholder communication and developing updated materials</li> <li>Manage internal reporting to ensure product managers have the most accurate data in a timely manner</li> <li>Analyze user data via our analytics tools and develop initial inferences</li> <li>Identify and managing dependencies and identifying mitigation opportunities</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Worked in Agile development environment as a product manager for 2 years</li> <li>Understands the software development lifecycle</li> <li>Experience with quarterly planning</li> <li>Extremely high empathy towards user problems</li> <li>Creative thinker</li> <li>Has a background in one of the following fields: consulting, banking, or technology</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong> &nbsp;</p> <p>The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000.
