The team consists of 30+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint.    Your Role   As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA, you will attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent while also supporting recruitment for corporate and junior to mid-level roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level hires, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast talent needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple talent segments.   This is a hybrid position in Athens, Greece. This person will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA.   A Day in Your New Role   <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Own full-cycle recruitment for campus programs and corporate/junior to mid–level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-offer engagement</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career centers, and student organizations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to promote Guidepoint’s brand</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes and share best practices across regions</li> </ul> Projects You Will Own    At Guidepoint, we do more than just fill positions—you’ll also take ownership of projects that shape the future of our talent strategy, including:  <ul> <li>Assist the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA in the implementation of Campus and early-career recruitment strategies  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Recruitment for Corporate and early-career roles</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Employer branding initiatives  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Creative recruitment and sourcing solutions  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Reporting and KPI tracking  </li> </ul> What You Have:   <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with focus on campus or early-career talent</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluency in Greek and English</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong time management and communication skills </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment  </li> </ul> What We Offer: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Competitive compensation</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Private health insurance</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Entrepreneurial environment, autonomy, and fast decisions</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">International exposure to the global Guidepoint service teams</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Casual work environment</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Summer and winter team events</li> </ul> About Guidepoint:  Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform designed to advance understanding and empower our clients’ decision-making process.
