<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the executive, enabling focus, driving prioritization, and ensuring seamless execution across both professional responsibilities and select personal commitments.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Operating with a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and sound judgment, this role plays a critical part in optimizing the executive’s time, managing competing priorities, and ensuring alignment across key initiatives. The Executive Assistant is a force multiplier, anticipating needs, removing friction, and helping the executive operate at the highest level.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Act as a gatekeeper and decision filter, prioritizing requests and ensuring the executive is focused on the highest-value activities</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare the executive for meetings and engagements, including developing briefing materials, agendas, and key context</span></li>
