The team owns enterprise technology strategy and execution across critical Finance domains, driving operational excellence through automation, integrations, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities. This team operates at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Engineering, collaborating across GTM, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Data, and Infrastructure organizations.</p> <h3 data-section-id="zmeluu" data-start="654" data-end="672">About the Role</h3> <p data-start="673" data-end="1404">We are seeking an experienced Product Manager, Finance Systems to shape the future of CoreWeave’s Accounting and Finance technology landscape. In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Finance systems and platforms supporting Accounting, FP&amp;A, Tax, Treasury, Revenue, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Finance Operations. You will partner closely with Finance stakeholders, IT Engineering, Data, Security, and business teams to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions that improve automation, controls, and operational efficiency. This role is highly cross-functional and will lead strategic initiatives across platforms including NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, Anaplan, RevPro, Vertex, Workato, and enterprise data platforms.</p> <p data-start="1406" data-end="1415">You will:</p> <ul data-start="1416" data-end="2957"> <li data-section-id="vbvzbu" data-start="1416" data-end="1619">Define and own the multi-quarter product roadmap for Finance systems across GL, AP/AR, Revenue, Fixed Assets, Tax, Treasury, FP&amp;A, Planning, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, and global Finance operations.</li> <li data-section-id="1oldjnr" data-start="1620" data-end="1808">Drive roadmap prioritization using measurable outcomes such as close cycle reduction, automation rates, SOX compliance effectiveness, data quality, and Finance productivity improvements.</li> <li data-section-id="wwj4v1" data-start="1809" data-end="1974">Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design across Finance domains and adjacent systems including GTM, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and Data platforms.</li> <li data-section-id="1234ahc" data-start="1975" data-end="2126">Partner with Engineering, Integrations, Data, and Security teams to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions from ideation through launch and iteration.</li> <li data-section-id="192f7h3" data-start="2127" data-end="2268">Evaluate and execute build vs. buy vs. extend decisions across Finance applications, integrations, and AI-powered automation opportunities.</li> <li data-section-id="a6fkw4" data-start="2269" data-end="2429">Identify opportunities to improve Finance processes through AI-enabled workflows, reconciliations, anomaly detection, approval copilots, and close automation.</li> <li data-section-id="1ovp228" data-start="2430" data-end="2586">Manage Finance systems operating cadences including intake processes, prioritization, release management, change management, and post-launch KPI tracking.</li> <li data-section-id="1nyv4jf" data-start="2587" data-end="2719">Ensure Finance applications and integrations are designed for auditability, observability, resiliency, and SOX-compliant controls.</li> <li data-section-id="18q097l" data-start="2720" data-end="2853">Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and external auditors to maintain governance and control standards across Finance systems.</li> <li data-section-id="17o6pem" data-start="2854" data-end="2957">Manage vendor relationships and platform roadmaps across Finance technologies and strategic partners.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="fflzu" data-start="2964" data-end="2979">Who You Are:</h2> <ul data-start="2980" data-end="4517"> <li data-section-id="19jsyuq" data-start="2980" data-end="3140">5+ years of product management, systems ownership, or equivalent experience delivering Finance systems and internal enterprise products in agile environments.</li> <li data-section-id="12vejps" data-start="3141" data-end="3270">3+ years of direct Finance domain experience supporting Accounting, FP&amp;A, Tax, Treasury, Revenue, or related Finance functions.</li> <li data-section-id="1qf1td6" data-start="3271" data-end="3411">Demonstrated experience owning Finance application roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs, user stories, prioritization, and iterative product delivery.</li> <li data-section-id="1ih0262" data-start="3412" data-end="3570">Strong functional understanding of Finance processes including GL, AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, FP&amp;A, and forecasting workflows.</li> <li data-section-id="176z34z" data-start="3571" data-end="3745">Hands-on experience configuring or implementing NetSuite and SAP Finance modules, including GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Centers, Consolidations, or related functionality.</li> <li data-section-id="79k1e6" data-start="3746" data-end="3883">Experience with Finance platforms such as Coupa, Zip, Ironclad, Vertex, Anaplan, Kyriba, Costar, RevPro, or similar enterprise systems.</li> <li data-section-id="1pdm9fa" data-start="3884" data-end="4008">Experience delivering enterprise integrations and workflows using platforms such as Workato or similar iPaaS technologies.</li> <li data-section-id="1c24cdu" data-start="4009" data-end="4151">Proven experience leading cross-functional Finance systems projects from discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and adoption.</li> <li data-section-id="1mr0tck" data-start="4152" data-end="4278">Strong understanding of enterprise data flows and integrations between Finance systems and upstream/downstream applications.</li> <li data-section-id="aikevz" data-start="4279" data-end="4380">Experience working in SOX-compliant environments with audit, compliance, and controls requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="1k0n47l" data-start="4381" data-end="4461">Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Scrum, or Kanban.</li> <li data-section-id="1v4um1k" data-start="4462" data-end="4517">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="obn8t6" data-start="4524" data-end="4537">Preferred:</h2> <ul data-start="4538" data-end="4892"> Come join us!</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
