This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role for an experienced technologist who is equally comfortable writing code, leading technical delivery, discussing architecture with senior stakeholders, and helping teams make better engineering decisions.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We’re particularly interested in engineers with deep <strong>React and TypeScript</strong> expertise, strong experience building on <strong>AWS</strong>, and a modern approach to software development that incorporates <strong>AI-assisted and agentic coding tools</strong> into everyday engineering workflows.</p> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Extensive professional software engineering experience building and delivering complex, production-grade applications.</li> <li>Deep expertise in <strong>React and TypeScript</strong>, with strong experience designing and developing modern frontend and full-stack applications.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>software and solution architecture</strong>, including the ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions around scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.</li> <li>Significant experience with <strong>AWS</strong> and cloud-native application architectures, including serverless, containerized, and/or distributed systems.</li> <li>Proven experience serving as a <strong>Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or senior technical owner</strong> for complex engineering initiatives.</li> <li>Ability to lead projects from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, deployment, and production.</li> <li>Strong experience designing and integrating <strong>APIs, backend services, and distributed systems</strong>.</li> <li>Hands-on experience using modern <strong>AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies</strong> as part of software delivery.</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>agentic coding and AI-enabled software development workflows</strong>, including how these approaches can improve engineering productivity without compromising quality or maintainability.</li> <li>Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand client challenges, identify technical opportunities, and translate business requirements into effective engineering solutions.</li> <li>Excellent communication and <strong>executive presence</strong>, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience collaborating across engineering, product, design, and client teams in distributed environments.</li> <li>Ability to mentor engineers, establish technical direction, and raise engineering standards while remaining actively involved in hands-on delivery.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus points:</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Experience designing or delivering <strong>AI-powered or Generative AI applications</strong>.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>agentic architectures, AI agents, orchestration, or LLM-integrated development workflows</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with additional modern full-stack technologies such as <strong>Node.js, Next.js, React Native, or similar frameworks</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>AWS serverless architecture</strong>, including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, or related technologies.</li> <li>AWS certifications or demonstrated experience designing complex AWS architectures.</li> <li>Experience leading <strong>cloud modernization, application modernization, or legacy transformation</strong> initiatives.</li> <li>Experience conducting technical assessments, architecture reviews, discovery engagements, or consulting workshops with clients.</li> <li>Experience helping teams adopt new engineering practices, tooling, or AI-enabled development approaches.</li> </ul> <h3>You’ll Love:</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Solving complex engineering challenges while remaining deeply involved in hands-on technical work.</li> <li>Working directly with clients and senior stakeholders to shape technical strategy and turn ideas into production-ready solutions.</li> <li>Leading engineering initiatives without stepping away from coding and architecture.</li> <li>Building modern applications with React, TypeScript, AWS, and emerging AI technologies.</li> <li>Exploring how <strong>AI-assisted and agentic development</strong> can fundamentally improve how software teams design, build, test, and deliver products.</li> <li>Mentoring other engineers and helping raise the technical bar across teams.</li> <li>Working across different clients, industries, technologies, and complex business challenges.</li> </ul> <p>By joining our team, you’ll be part of a winning squad that plays to each other’s strengths and celebrates every success together.</p> <p></p>
