The role evaluates system capacity across gathering, transmission, and storage assets, develops capital expansion and optimization plans, and provides technical support for asset development, asset management, and growth initiatives.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>The Asset Engineer III/Senior/Expert responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Perform hydraulic modeling of assigned gas and water pipeline systems using Synergi Gas and Synergi Water.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Analyze drilling schedules, development scenarios, and third-party activity to evaluate system impacts and infrastructure needs.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Scope and conceptually design pipeline, compression, dehydration, water handling, and interconnect projects.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assess and validate capacity across gathering systems, regulated transmission pipelines, and storage networks.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Develop and maintain long-range (5+ year) capital and asset development plans based on consolidated production forecasts.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Identify system optimization opportunities to improve capital efficiency, reduce operating pressures, and align infrastructure timing with production needs.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Prepare and communicate technical documentation outlining operating pressures, system capacities, constraints, and recommended solutions.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support commercial, growth, and economic evaluations by providing hydraulic modeling, infrastructure scoping, and technical inputs in collaboration with finance and growth teams.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ensure adherence to internal planning standards, engineering best practices, and business processes.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Required Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, civil, mechanical, petroleum preferred).</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">5+ years of related industry experience. </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Demonstrated experience with gas gathering and transmission system hydraulics.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficiency with Synergi Gas and/or Synergi Water or similar hydraulic modeling software.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience scoping pipeline, compression, dehydration, and water infrastructure projects.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience supporting long-term planning, capital optimization, and system debottlenecking initiatives.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical results into business insights.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience with liquids or process modeling using ProMax or Aspen HYSYS software (preferred).</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to contribute in a team environment.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Effective communication skills in both oral and written form, including technical writing.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Preferred Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficiency in PowerBI or Spotfire is preferred.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">R/SQL/Python experience is highly preferred.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
