This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple quotes and customer requests in a fast-paced B2B environment.</p> <p>This is a stable, growth-focused position with the opportunity to expand into account management or senior sales support over time.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.</li> <li>Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing.</li> <li>Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward.</li> <li>Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options.</li> <li>Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy.</li> <li>Maintain organized and detailed records in CRM and internal systems.</li> <li>Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed.</li> </ul> <p>What We’re Looking For</p> <ul> <li>2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting role (B2B preferred).</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Professional communication skills (email and phone).</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.</li> <li>Experience in technical, industrial, construction, or service-based industries is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>Compensation &amp; Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Base salary: $55K&nbsp;</li> <li>Commission opportunities</li> <li>401(k) with company match</li> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Professional development support</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join EOLA Power?</strong></p> <p>Named to the Inc. 5000 in 2025 and 2026 and certified as a Great Place To Work® both years.
