We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.</div>  We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative hybrid in Logan, Utah. iFIT is at the forefront of the fitness revolution — the powerhouse behind NordicTrack and ProForm, dedicated to transforming lives through innovative fitness solutions. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our industry-leading fitness equipment. COMPENSATION $7.50 per hour + commission   ROLE COMMITMENTS <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain or exceed key performance indicators as set by your manager.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Convert inbound phone and chat inquiries into hardware sales across NordicTrack, ProForm, and iFIT.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Increase iFIT membership and warranty attachment on every hardware sale.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support inbound phone, chat, or outbound campaigns as business needs require.</li> </ul>   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leverage your sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls, and referrals to convert them into satisfied clients.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop strong connections with customers, understand their fitness needs, provide tailored recommendations on NordicTrack and ProForm products, and ensure a seamless sales experience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Guide prospects from initial contact to successful closure by demonstrating product features, handling objections, and effectively communicating the unique benefits of our fitness equipment.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in fitness and wellness as well as competitor offerings, using this knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and maintain our competitive edge.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Meet and exceed sales goals by monitoring performance metrics, tracking sales activities, and adapting strategies to maximize results.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, addressing any issues or follow-up needs promptly to ensure every customer feels valued and supported.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with Marketing and Customer Service teams, sharing insights, participating in strategy sessions, and contributing to the overall success of the company.</li> </ul>   EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education and Basic Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven success in inside sales or a similar role, ideally within the fitness or consumer goods sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass goals.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, with experience in data-driven sales strategies a plus.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A genuine passion for fitness and wellness and enthusiasm for NordicTrack and ProForm products.</li> </ul>   DISCLAIMER Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan, and exemption status.
