We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.</div>  We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a 3PL Manager remotely in the US. iFIT is looking for a detail-oriented and driven 3PL Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and performance management of iFIT’s North American third-party logistics partners. In this role, you will ensure product flows accurately and efficiently from inbound containers through final shipment, acting as the primary point of contact between iFIT’s internal operations and external 3PL providers. You will own vendor accountability, order integrity, invoice accuracy, and continuous improvement across the logistics network. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own day-to-day relationships with North America 3PL partners, including regular cadence meetings and onsite QBRs to drive performance and accountability.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary point of escalation for 3PL operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review iFIT open order reports and compare to 3PL workflow dashboards to ensure dwell time accuracy.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure inbound orders are received, routed, and shipped accurately and on time; monitor exceptions and resolve delays proactively.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Order pallets for all inbound containers and communicate with 3PL partners regarding incoming shipments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define, track, and report on key metrics including fill rate, on-time ship, dwell time, and accuracy.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hold 3PL partners accountable to agreed service levels; identify and escalate underperformance.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with internal Sales and Customer Service teams to address order stagnation, dwell time issues, and logistics escalations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on inventory status and fulfillment updates.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review all 3PL invoices submitted to iFIT for accuracy prior to payment approval.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify billing discrepancies and drive resolution with 3PL billing teams.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify operational gaps across 3PL sites, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce cost.</li> </ul> EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education and Basic Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Direct experience managing or working alongside 3PL providers.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with order management processes including routing, carrier selection, and exception handling.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to travel regularly between the US, Canada, and Mexico.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in Spanish and English.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading or participating in 3PL RFP processes including requirements gathering, vendor scoring, and selection.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contract negotiation experience with 3PL providers including rate cards, SLAs, penalties, and renewal terms.</li> </ul> DISCLAIMER Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan, and exemption status.
