As a Production Coordinator at Senra Systems, you will be responsible for executing the production plan and ensuring work orders flow efficiently through the factory. You will serve as a key coordination point between Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, and Programs to remove obstacles, resolve shortages, and maintain accurate production status for in-WIP work orders.  This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational skills, urgency, and attention to detail. Success is measured by schedule adherence, work order flow, clear-to-build readiness, and rapid resolution of production issues.  Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Manage daily execution of released work orders within assigned production areas.  </li> <li>Monitor work order status and ensure production teams have the materials, documentation, tooling, and support required to execute.  </li> <li>Track and communicate production holds, shortages, and blockers to appropriate stakeholders.  </li> <li>Coordinate with Inventory, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues impacting production schedules.  </li> <li>Facilitate work order releases, closures, and status updates within ERP/MES systems.  </li> <li>Maintain accurate production status reporting, including work-in-progress, shortages, and recovery plans.   </li> <li>Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure of production-related issues.  </li> <li>Monitor schedule adherence and proactively escalate risks to on-time delivery.  </li> <li>Assist with clear-to-build (CtB) reviews and readiness assessments for upcoming work orders.  </li> <li>Ensure production data, priorities, and system transactions are accurate and current.  </li> <li>Coordinate engineering changes, rework activity, and disposition actions affecting active production orders.  </li> <li>Partner with Production Supervisors to maintain visibility into labor loading, work priorities, and execution risks.  </li> </ul> Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, production coordination, operations, or supply chain.  </li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  </li> <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.  </li> <li>Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.  </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  </li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management teams.  </li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and sense of ownership.  </li> <li>Ability to identify risks and drive issue resolution with minimal supervision.  </li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.  </li> <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).  </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li>Aerospace, defense, electronics, cable assembly, or wire harness manufacturing experience.  </li> <li>Experience with production control, material planning, inventory management, or work order management.  </li> <li>Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.  </li> <li>Experience using MES, ERP, or manufacturing execution systems.  </li> <li>SQL, PowerBI, and large data set-analysis savvy. </li> </ul> Key Deliverables  <ul> <li>Maintain accurate status for all assigned work orders.  </li> <li>Ensure production blockers are identified and escalated within 24 hours.  </li> <li>Drive closure of shortages, holds, and engineering issues impacting schedule execution.  </li> <li>Support achievement of factory on-time delivery and schedule attainment goals. </li> </ul> Compensation:   <ul> <li>Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.  </li> <li>Hourly Range: $23.50-$40.00</li> <li>This is an onsite role at our headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA.   </li> </ul> Benefits:   <ul> <li>Unmatched opportunities to drive impact on a friendly and mission-driven team  </li> <li>Own a piece of the pie with equity participation!   </li> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability coverage  </li> <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Spending Account (DSA) for health-related expenses  </li> <li>20 vacation days per year and 12 company holidays for rest and relaxation</li> <li>a 401(k) plan to set yourself up for retirement</li> <li>Choose a record you love, and we’ll add it to our growing vinyl collection!  </li> <li>$50/month DoorDash credit – lunch is on us!   </li> <li>Up to $100/month reimbursement for gym memberships   </li> <li>Fully stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages  </li> <li>Regular team-building events, lunches, and the occasional breakfast burrito!   </li> <li>Bright, open office with communal spaces for collaboration and free parking  </li> <li>Conveniently located near the metro, major freeways and local dining spots  </li> </ul> We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
