As a Lead Technician, you will be the 1st line of defense for technical troubleshooting on the production floor. You will guide a small team of technicians to build high-quality, mission-critical components that power cutting-edge aerospace and defense systems. You will organize, support, and drive the team to meet the highest industry standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on, organized leader with a passion for building electrical hardware and continuously improving floor operations.  What you'll own: <ul> <li>Autonomously build electrical harness assemblies for aerospace and defense customers </li> <li>Responsible for keeping the floor on track – provide technical and operational direction to team members to ensure quality standards and schedule are met. This may include: </li> <li>Demonstrating proper techniques to new apprentice technicians </li> <li>Inspecting hardware in-process to ensure conformance to specifications </li> <li>Implementing daily task checklists to maintain the workcenter </li> <li>Assign and prioritize daily work per production schedule.
