The tasks consist on the following:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Service Desk &amp; Helpdesk: Preparing laptops for new employees and provide onsite and remote support to our employees globally, both with Windows and macOS.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Plan, design and develop our IT environment and any processes that can be automatized.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare the onboarding and IT material for new employees.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage our Google systems and licences.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in a fast-paced environment would be a plus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Desirable to have knowledge about Jira or other ticketing tools.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
