In this role, you will be responsible for executing tasks that promote MJ’s products and services and increase brand awareness.</p> <p>The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role on our team, aiding with campaign development, presentation design, sales, marketing and internal communication support. If you are a talented, inventive marketer with creative savvy and a passion for success, we want you to be a part of our team.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Assist in the execution of daily departmental activities and initiatives, contributing to departmental and organizational goals.</li> <li>Create visually stunning presentations and collateral materials for sales and marketing support.</li> <li>Assist in the creation of marketing campaign content and assets: graphics, blog posts, marketing events, etc.</li> <li>Maintain sales and marketing collateral, ensuring all are current and accurate, and create new materials as necessary.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Supports the functional execution of internal communications strategy and change management to enhance the employee experience and drive understanding of enterprise business strategy.</li> <li>Create and distribute engaging content across various internal communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and company events.</li> <li>Support the planning and execution of company-wide events and meetings, including logistics coordination and development of communication materials to ensure meeting objectives are achieved.</li> <li>Develop content that is high-quality and accurate.</li> <li>Coordinate all marketing activities to reinforce MJ’s voice and presence in the market.</li> </ul> <h2>technical FUNCTIONS:</h2> <ul> <li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency in using communication tools, including email marketing software, intranet platforms, and digital signage systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with analytics tools to track and evaluate communication effectiveness.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Capacity to manage and balance multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating proficiency in prioritization and adherence to deadlines.</li> <li>Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and employ critical thinking in problem solving.</li> <li>Strong analytical and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.</li> <li>Possess the passion and discipline to stay at the forefront of marketing trends.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrate self-motivation and excellent time management discipline with minimal direction.</li> <li>Strong resourcefulness and initiative; able to proactively identify solutions and utilize available resources to solve problems.</li> <li>Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization.</li> </ul> <h2>&nbsp;Education/Experience:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related discipline or equivalent education preferred.</li> <li>2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience</li> </ul> <h2>Job Location:</h2> <p>Carmel, Indiana; Phoenix, Arizona; Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee</p>
