You’ll partner with leading insurers and intermediaries to design, define, and deliver transformation programmes across underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution, and regulatory change.</p> <p data-start="866" data-end="1086">Working in a consulting environment, you’ll engage closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into tangible outcomes, improve operating models, and enable future-ready insurance ecosystems.</p> <h3 data-start="1093" data-end="1115"><strong data-start="1097" data-end="1115">What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1118" data-end="1222">Lead business analysis workstreams across Insurance change programmes from initiation through delivery</li> <li data-start="1225" data-end="1311">Translate insurance domain knowledge into clear business and functional requirements</li> <li data-start="1314" data-end="1410">Support digital transformation, operating model evolution, and data-led innovation initiatives</li> <li data-start="1413" data-end="1497">Facilitate workshops, document business processes, and define target state designs</li> <li data-start="1500" data-end="1584">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver structured, pragmatic solutions</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1591" data-end="1621"><strong data-start="1595" data-end="1621">What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1624" data-end="1708">Strong business analysis experience within Insurance (Life, P&amp;C, or London Market)</li> <li data-start="1711" data-end="1795">Proven ability to bridge business and technology functions in complex environments</li> <li data-start="1798" data-end="1882">Experience delivering regulatory, operational, or technology-led change programmes</li> <li data-start="1885" data-end="1970">Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and structured problem-solving skills</li> <li data-start="1973" data-end="2076">Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools such as Jira</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2083" data-end="2107"><strong data-start="2087" data-end="2107">Bonus Points For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with policy administration or claims transformation initiatives</li> <li>Knowledge of digital distribution, data analytics, or automation in Insurance</li> <li>Exposure to IFRS 17, Consumer Duty, or similar regulatory-driven programmes</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud-based or platform-enabled insurance ecosystems</li> <li>Confidence facilitating client workshops and presenting
