<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within Fever’s People department, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Your tasks will include:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide a world-class candidate experience</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Communicate feedback effectively to applicants</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">+4 years of experience, preferably in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">C2 or Native English level, other languages are a plus</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience working with ATS systems</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model, and operations</span></li>
