The work is varied, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, and you'll have real ownership from day one.   Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Own and optimize our HRIS—ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and continuously improving process efficiency </li> <li>Manage and execute core employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee data updates </li> <li>Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, and leave plans  </li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and manage open enrollment </li> <li>Lead and continuously improve new hire orientation </li> <li>Partner with Payroll, Legal, IT, and Finance to ensure smooth coordination across people-related processes and deadlines </li> <li>Support compliance and documentation needs—including audits, reporting, and maintenance of employee records </li> <li>Explore and implement AI tools to further streamline HR operations, including:  <ul> <li>Automating and streamlining onboarding and employee lifecycle workflows </li> <li>HRIS configuration, data quality, and self-service experiences </li> <li>Audit preparation, documentation, and reporting accuracy </li> </ul> </li> <li>Contribute to cross-functional people team initiatives to enhance the employee experience at Roivant </li> <li>Draft and distribute HR communications including policy updates, open enrollment announcements, onboarding guides, and company-wide HR notices </li> <li>Ensure communications are clear, timely, on-brand, and accessible to all employees </li> <li>Support ad hoc People Operations projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed </li> </ul> Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in an HR Generalist or People Operations role </li> <li>Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and proven project management skills </li> <li>Demonstrated learning agility and sound judgment, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities </li> <li>A bias toward action—building and improving repeatable processes without waiting to be asked </li> <li>Experience with HRIS or HR tech platforms (e.g., HiBob, ADP, Greenhouse, or similar) </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an interest in learning new technologies  </li> <li>Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy across People Operations processes </li> <li>Solid understanding of benefits administration, including open enrollment and leave management </li> <li>Clear, proactive communicator who closes the loop and doesn't let things fall through the cracks </li> <li>Rolls up their sleeves on HR and administrative tasks as they arise—no task too small attitude </li> <li>Works with a service-oriented approach to working with employees at all levels </li> </ul> Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions.  The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $90,000 - $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions.   Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses, equity, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.  This position is at-will, and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.  Roivant Sciences provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.  We will not accept unsolicited resumes or outreach from agencies.
