The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and excited to help shape how we attract and develop the next generation of talent.  Responsibilities:  Search Execution:  <ul> <li>Manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling, coordinating across time zones and portfolio companies with precision and discretion </li> <li>Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executives, hiring managers, and executive assistants, investing in those relationships to ensure smooth, efficient coordination across all active searches </li> <li>Project manage the end-to-end search process, anticipating and escalating issues to ensure searches are run efficiently  </li> </ul> Candidate Experience:  <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact and on-site host for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a consistently exceptional, personalized experience from first touchpoint through offer </li> <li>Manage candidate communications with professionalism, representing Roivant's brand at the highest standard </li> <li>Act as an ambassador for Roivant's culture and values </li> </ul> Search Operations & Process Excellence:  <ul> <li>Maintain meticulous candidate records and pipeline tracking in Greenhouse, ensuring real-time accuracy across all active searches </li> <li>Proactively identify process improvements and support ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and cross-functional initiatives as the team and portfolio continue to grow </li> <li>Own the background check process for all new hires and contractors, including vendor management and compliance oversight </li> <li>Draft and issue offer letters for all new hires across Roivant and its subsidiaries </li> <li>Manage recruiting vendor contracts and invoices </li> <li>Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline recruiting operations, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve process efficiency across the talent acquisition function </li> </ul> Early Career Recruitment:  <ul> <li>Support full-cycle recruiting for early career roles including the Rotational Analyst program and intern pipeline programs across functions </li> <li>Design and manage early career programs including the Rotational Analyst program and intern pipeline initiatives, overseeing onboarding, programming, and performance frameworks </li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career services offices, and student organizations to establish Roivant as an employer of choice on campus </li> <li>Plan and execute campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions (virtual and in-person) </li> <li>Collaborate with hiring managers to align early career program objectives with business needs and organizational goals </li> <li>Develop program curricula and structured experiences that support participant development and drive conversion from intern and Rotational Analyst to full-time hire </li> </ul> Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, and/or early career/university recruiting </li> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting demands, and meet deadlines with sound judgment </li> <li>Exceptional communicator—builds rapport across all levels, closes the loop proactively, and brings a service-oriented approach to every interaction </li> <li>Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse </li> <li>Analytical mindset with comfort using data to track program effectiveness and recruiting outcomes </li> <li>Passion for candidate experience and early talent development </li> <li>High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information; able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment </li> <li>A bias toward action—builds and improves repeatable processes without waiting to be asked; no task too small attitude </li> <li>Demonstrated learning agility and experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy </li> </ul> Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions.  The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $90,000 - $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions.   Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses, equity, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.  This position is at-will, and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.  Roivant Sciences provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.  We will not accept unsolicited resumes or outreach from agencies.
