This role is pivotal in producing high-quality visual and audio content that effectively communicates our brand message, engages our audience, and drives marketing goals.  Key Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to develop graphics and animations for social media posts and multimedia production, with strong skills in creating visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video, audio and photo content for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal communications. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the media and marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, sound, and post-production editing. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure brand consistency across all visual content. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Organize and maintain a digital asset library. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video and photo marketing. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Optimize video content for SEO and social media algorithms. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Attend and participate in all Marketing/Community. Representing the firm’s brand. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">50% local travel.</li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in marketing, Film Production, Communications, or related field</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience in video production and photography</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling techniques</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific content requirements</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
