The ideal candidate will create high-quality visual content across all mediums while bringing a marketing-minded perspective to their work, understanding audience, intent, and impact, not just execution. This role supports brand storytelling, campaigns, and digital presence through thoughtful, effective creative. Key Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual assets across multiple mediums, including digital, social, web, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Apply a marketing mindset to creative execution, ensuring visuals are designed with audience, purpose, and channel context in mind</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Adapt creative concepts across formats and mediums while maintaining cohesive brand storytelling</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Contribute to early-stage concepting and campaign development, not just final production</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to develop creative concepts and execute projects from start to finish.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Edit and enhance video content, incorporating animation, transitions, sound, and special effects.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.</li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven experience as a Video Animator and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skillS.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas effectively. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul> Preferred Skills:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Illustrator and Photoshop.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with video production processes and equipment.</li> </ul> Physical Requirements:   <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.   </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc.  May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
