<p><strong>Fixed Term Contract</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Assembled Intelligence, an integrated communications and commercialization platform designed to unite specialist capabilities and deliver smarter, faster, purpose-built solutions across the healthcare product lifecycle, is seeking an experienced <strong>Freelance MedComms Recruiter</strong> to join our team immediately.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands the language of science/medical communications and can confidently partner with stakeholders to identify exceptional talent across life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical communications disciplines.</p> <p>You will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for high-priority, niche client services, scientific, and creative roles, supporting a fast-paced and growing global organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with innovative industry leaders, managing a high volume of technical requisitions and helping build teams that drive meaningful impact across healthcare.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own the Pipeline:</strong> Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage.</li> <li><strong>Niche Sourcing:</strong> Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify passive, high-calibre talent.</li> <li><strong>Technical Screening:</strong> Review resumes and conduct deep-dive technical screenings to evaluate skills in Medical Communications, Advertising, and Market Access.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Partner directly with the senior leaders and hiring managers to understand complex hiring requirements and provide regular market insights.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Proven Experience:</strong> At least 3 years of dedicated experience recruiting within the medcomms, life sciences, or biotech sectors (agency or in-house).</li> <li><strong>Technical Fluency:</strong> A strong understanding of the medical communications, advertising, and market access environments</li> <li><strong>Agency Agility:</strong> Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple active roles without compromising on candidate quality.</li> <li><strong>Tools of the Trade:</strong> Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).</li> </ul> <p>Start date: ASAP</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
