<h1><strong>Regional People Partner - EMEA</strong></h1> <h2><strong>About the Job</strong></h2> <p>As a Regional People Partner for EMEA, you will drive strategic people initiatives and provide comprehensive HR advisory services across key European markets. In this full-time permanent role, you will partner closely with regional business leaders and managers to align people strategies with organizational goals while navigating complex, multi-country employment landscapes. By leveraging local expertise, data-driven insights, and a candidate-first mindset, you will champion a collaborative, inclusive culture and enhance the overall employee lifecycle across the region.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Partner with regional leaders and people managers to deliver strategic guidance on employee relations, organizational design, talent retention, and performance management across EMEA.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and regional labor standards, proactively updating policies and mitigating organizational risk in key European markets.</li> <li>Drive regional execution of cyclical people programs, including engagement surveys, talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance management processes.</li> <li>Collaborate with global People &amp; Culture, HR Operations, and Payroll teams to deliver seamless, scalable HR services and cross-functional solutions.</li> <li>Analyze HR data and key workforce metrics to deliver actionable recommendations that improve team effectiveness, manager capability, and business outcomes.</li> <li>Manage complex employee relations cases, providing coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution to foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partnering experience within a multi-country or global matrix organization.</li> <li>Demonstrated professional experience navigating HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements in at least one of the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France or Italy.</li> <li>Professional fluency in English and native/business fluency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French or Italian.</li> <li>Proven track record of managing end-to-end employee relations matters, organizational change, and performance management initiatives.</li> <li>Proficiency with modern enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and collaborative productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace) for reporting and workforce analytics.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Relevant professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD qualification or equivalent regional HR accreditation).</li> <li>Experience supporting cross-functional business units across broader EMEA territories (e.g., UK, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland).</li> <li>Demonstrated capability in coaching people managers on leadership, team development, and conflict resolution techniques.</li> <li>Proven experience using data-driven approaches and HR analytics to solve strategic business challenges and optimize people processes.</li> <li>Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, matrixed, and scaling business environment.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What You’ll Get at</strong><a href="https://www.opentable.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong> </strong><strong>OpenTable</strong></a></h2> <p>We believe great work happens when people feel trusted, supported &amp;
