Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.</p> <h2><strong>About the Job</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking a strategic, highly autonomous Marketing Manager, International B2B, who loves building scalable systems, navigating open-ended briefs, and driving expansion across international B2B dining and hospitality markets. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end content strategy, execution, and optimisation of growth hacking projects, prospecting initiatives, and customer engagement campaigns. By obsessing over iteration speed, multi-channel attribution, and AI-enabled workflows, you will connect lead tracking data across all channels to eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate acquisition velocity. Working from our London office in a hybrid capacity, you will collaborate teams and channel owners, brand marketers, and diverse global cultures to elevate team performance.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design, build, and scale high-impact growth hacking systems and marketing campaigns to accelerate B2B customer acquisition and expansion across international markets.</li> <li>Plan and produce B2B content campaigns e.g. research, case studies, gated assets, that speak to restaurant and hospitality decision-makers and convert into qualified pipeline, working with SEO teams where useful but owning the storytelling angle end to end.</li> <li>Own and optimise the end-to-end content strategy, email and website creation, and lead gen campaigns to maximise audience engagement and pipeline conversion.</li> <li>Deep understanding of full-funnel data, campaign tracking, and how all systems integrate with the sales CRM.</li> <li>Maintain robust end-to-end B2B lead tracking reporting and multi-channel attribution frameworks to accurately connect touchpoints across the entire buyer journey, including content-sourced leads.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools and predictive analytics to enhance audience segmentation, campaign personalisation, and operational efficiency across marketing workflows.</li> <li>Lead experimentation roadmaps, executing rapid A/B and multivariate tests to continually improve iteration speed, conversion rates, ROI, and customer lifetime value.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing within a B2B environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to connect the dots on multi-channel B2B attribution, full-funnel lead tracking, and campaign performance measurement.</li> <li>Experience producing B2B content (research, case studies, gated assets) with a clear line from content to lead generation, not just brand awareness.</li> <li>Proven track record as a proactive builder who thrives with ambiguous briefs and excels at solving complex operational inefficiencies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of full-funnel data, lead tracking, and attribution frameworks.</li> <li>Practical experience applying AI tools or automation to streamline marketing workflows, campaign execution, and data analysis.</li> <li>Hands-on experience building landing pages and web assets with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Wordpress, as well as building email campaigns.</li> <li>Proficiency in managing core B2B marketing systems, including Salesforce and Marketo.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience driving international B2B growth and collaborating effectively across diverse cross-cultural markets.</li> <li>Strong writing/editing instincts, with experience briefing designers or working with content/SEO/brand teams to ship polished assets fast.</li> <li>Hands-on experience implementing multi-touch attribution models that tracks&nbsp; pipeline reporting and funnel analysis.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in prospecting campaign design and customer lifecycle retention modeling.</li> <li>Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI marketing technologies, copilots, or marketing automation platforms.</li> <li>Passion for restaurants, hospitality, and dining culture.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5 weeks paid vacation</li> <li>Private health &amp; dental insurance</li> <li>Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year</li> <li>Focus on mental health and well-being:</li> <ul> <li>Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth</li> <li>Company-paid subscription to Headspace</li> <li>Annual company-wide week off a year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!)</li> </ul> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>Time off for your birthday</li> <li>Paid volunteer time</li> <li>Focus on your career growth:</li> <ul> <li>Development Dollars</li> <li>Leadership development</li> <li>Access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings</li> </ul> <li>Travel Discounts</li> <li>Employee Resource Groups</li> <li>Income protection and life assurance</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program - including 24/7 GP &amp; free legal advice</li> <li>Pension plan contributions</li> <li>Discounted gym membership</li> <li>Bike2Work</li> <li>Season ticket loan</li> <li>Social events &amp; Thursday happy hours</li> <li>Free lunch 2 days per week</li> </ul> <p>The best connections happen face-to-face, whether you’re sitting down to dinner or having coffee with a coworker.
