Responsible for assisting the team in other areas if sheet metal work is not available.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  <ul> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform sheet metal installation on Retrofit jobs </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide sheet metal instruction to the sheet metal helpers if needed </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist other team members with welding, pipe fitting or other duties as necessary </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Interpret drawings related to the job </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain updated applicable certifications </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Attend training to be updated on industry practices as needed </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Travel to the customer locations </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to work weekends and/or evenings as necessary  </li> </ul> TEAMWORK:  <ul> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the Company </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Improve personal performance on a continual basis  </li> </ul> CUSTOMER SERVICE:  <ul> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide responsive, professional and diplomatic customer service </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Answer customer calls and correspondence quickly and pleasantly </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Immediately address any customers concern and requests the involvement of other Company personnel as required  </li> </ul> SAFETY:  <ul> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Follow all company safety programs and report any non-compliance to your Team Leader </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Notify Team Leader or Safety Manager of any unsafe conditions </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proper PPE equipment must be used at all times when necessary </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Report all accidents and injuries to your Team Leader and HR immediately </li> <li class="p1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">All monthly training topics on safety completed and done during the month due  </li> </ul> SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None  QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook  CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid driver's license  LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos and has the ability to write basic correspondence.  MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:  Ability to perform basic math functions including addition and subtraction.  REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
