This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data &amp; analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.</p> <p>This project is with a leading Corporate &amp; Investment Bank as an<strong> AI Governance and Risk lead.</strong> You will support the translation of global AI regualtions into practical policies, controls, and governance frameworks</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li> <div>Lead the implementation of a<strong> </strong><span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">globally consistent approach to AI-related regulatory change</span> and Responsible AI governance</div> </li> <li> <div>Monitor evolving&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">AI regulations</span> and translate requirements into practical governance processes and controls.</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop and maintain&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">AI governance frameworks, policies and procedures</span> to support the safe and responsible use of AI.</div> </li> <li> <div>Coordinate&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">AI-related regulatory engagements</span> across businesses, functions and markets.</div> </li> <li> <div>Partner with senior stakeholders across&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology and Business</span> to oversee AI use cases and regulatory compliance.</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide senior management with regular reporting on&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">regulatory developments, key risks, deliverables and governance metrics</span>.</div> </li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>SKILLS &amp; EXPERTISE</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>At least 5 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting delivering impactive Ai transformation initiatives.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong experience in <span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk or regulatory change </span>within financial services.</div> </li> <li> <div>Deep understanding of&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">AI regulations, regulatory expectations and Responsible AI practices</span>.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience developing and implementing <span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">governance frameworks, policies and controls</span> within a complex organisation.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong knowledge of&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">risk management and regulatory compliance</span>, preferably within a global bank or financial institution.</div> </li> <li> <div>Proven ability to&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">influence and engage senior stakeholders</span> across multiple functions and jurisdictions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience&nbsp;<span class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">leading teams and complex regulatory or governance initiatives</span>.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
