<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Impiricus and DocUpdate are seeking a strategic, insight-driven <strong>Content Marketing Manager </strong>to build and scale our content engine. This role goes beyond content creation—you will define how and why we communicate with healthcare professionals (HCPs), shaping messaging that resonates across specialties and drives meaningful engagement.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for a content-driven, social-first marketer who can translate audience insight into engaging, scroll-stopping content and scalable formats that turn attention into interaction.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will act as the voice of the customer, identifying trends across physician audiences, understanding what matters to them, and translating those insights into high-performing content and campaigns. You will own both the strategy and execution of content across social and lifecycle channels.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Content & Social Media Management</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and refine content strategy by identifying what resonates across different physician specialties and audience segments, and aligning messaging, format, and distribution accordingly.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own day-to-day content planning, creation, and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other key social channels.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product updates, campaigns, conferences, and company initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and messaging for HCP audiences.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and iterate on repeatable, high-performing content formats informed by performance data and audience behavior.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Email, Lifecycle & Articles</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Write and edit compelling copy for email campaigns, newsletters, website articles, and in-product or lifecycle communications.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with the Head of Growth to test, iterate, and improve campaign and content performance.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Online Community Management</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use social listening to identify emerging physician trends, conversations, and sentiment across specialties.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Follow key opinion leaders and actively engage the DocUpdate brand.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage and respond to DocUpdate social comments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track industry and vertical competition and report on unique social strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Synthesize insights from physician conversations into actionable recommendations for content, messaging, and campaigns.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Reporting & Collaboration</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting, including content, email, and engagement metrics.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use data and insights to continuously refine content strategy and campaign execution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify top-performing creative and messaging, and proactively recommend how to scale or iterate based on performance trends.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, healthtech, consumer-facing apps, or technology.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing social content, with a strong creative instinct for what captures attention and drives interaction.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience developing and managing content across social, email, and web channels.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to use data and performance metrics to inform content decisions and optimize campaigns.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience identifying audience insights or trends and translating them into content or messaging.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment.</span></li>
