Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> 18620 Harmon Ave., Carson, CA 90746</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee the customs brokerage department including the team of entry writers, ensuring that operational goals and KPIs are met.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage the entire import clearance workflow: from customs entries and ISF filings to broker relationships, audits, billing, and client communications.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. customs regulations, partner government agencies, trade policies, and company SOPs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Review and improve department processes: work distribution, quality control, performance measurement and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Train, coach, and evaluate team members, manage staffing, workflow capacity, and performance metrics.&nbsp;</li> <li>Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk shipments, broker disputes, compliance issues, and audit findings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support new account onboarding, client growth, and service delivery.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain and enhance customs clearance systems, reporting tools, data analytics, and entry tracking.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide regular management reports on department performance, cost control, and compliance status.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in customs brokerage or international trade operations, including at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory capacity.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong expertise in U.S. customs laws and regulations (19 CFR, HTS classifications, PGAs, duty/valuation, etc.).&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills, ability to build and develop high-performing teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with customs/brokerage systems preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bilingual in Korean and English is required.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
