About the Role

<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a primary coordinator for department communications and&nbsp;logistics. Responsible for ensuring timely, clear, and consistent communication. Represent the team both internally and&nbsp;externally, interfacing with staff at all levels with the highest level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects&nbsp;positively on the organization.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support for the department. Activities include a variety of duties such as answer and direct&nbsp;phone calls, calendar maintenance/scheduling, departmental reporting, presentation review and/or preparation, meeting&nbsp;coordination, catering, maintain office supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, etc.</li> <li>Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.&nbsp; Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience</li> <li>Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Making travel&nbsp;arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.</li> <li>Attend to sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion while fostering positive relations with&nbsp;internal customers and co-workers.</li> <li>Submit and reconcile expense reports</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Communication, or related field of study preferred, but not required.</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in office management systems and procedures</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of CONCUR preferred</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below.
