About the Role

<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of POS Global Customs Supervisor, you will oversee the global customs team, ensuring compliance of each&nbsp;shipment of POS, premiums, coolers, and merchandise displays with the importation country's requirements. Work&nbsp;closely with the procurement, logistics, vendor, and warehouse teams, communicating necessary requirements for&nbsp;customs and item compliance, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to all relevant regulations. Maintain strong&nbsp;coordination with all involved departments, addressing any potential compliance issues proactively.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Oversee the global customs team effectively, focus on research and coordination of compliance requirements for&nbsp;each shipment. Ensure all shipments meet the necessary regulations in exportation and importation.</li> <li>Handle escalation and effective communication with various departments, procurement, logistics, warehouse,&nbsp;custom brokers, freight forwarder, and government agencies.</li> <li>Manage administrative functions and ensure team compliance regulations, coordinate closely with internal teams,&nbsp;and upper management.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements&nbsp;to management. Any additional responsibilities, reports, projects assigned by management.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Logistics, Business Administration, or related field&nbsp;Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in logistics, customs compliance- procedures and&nbsp;regulations</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP.</li> <li>Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Understanding of supply chain logistics and international trade&nbsp;laws desired</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below.
