Get a glimpse of our culture by following us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/highradius/posts/?viewAsMember=true">LinkedIn</a>.</p> <p><strong>Your Day to Day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leads the preparation and execution of new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring employees at all levels are enabled for success for day 1 and beyond.</li> <li>Supports Employee Experience Partners with ongoing employee engagement projects and can lead multiple projects from start to finish.</li> <li>Supports a dotONE (1 in 1000) high-performance culture by bringing the D20 (Disconnect-2-Zero) between employees and managers through ongoing resources and training sessions.</li> <li>Assists Employee Experience Partners in talent management decisions throughout the year.</li> <li>Supports the delivery of training sessions by preparing materials, communicating with all stakeholders, managing attendance, being the participant point of contact, and assisting in training session delivery.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinates the planning and execution of small and large scaled employee recognition programs and events.</li> <li>Conducts proactive one-on-one employee check ins and new hire feedback sessions to understand wins and challenges in the workplace.Develops action plans to champion changes that may be needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Mindsets:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Win-Win-Win Mentality</strong> - Is proactive about addressing concerns and proposing balanced decision making between the employee, manager, and company.</li> <li><strong>Hop on the Roller Coaster Mentality</strong> - embraces change and is humble enough to jump in and do everything from HR administrative duties to critical thinking sessions yet agile enough to at hyper speed.</li> <li><strong>High Grit</strong> - has a track record of of perseverance through challenges.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be successful, you'll need:</strong></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of relevant professional experience.</li> <li>Experience with Google Suite, preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of achieving deadlines and exceeding goals.</li> <li>Proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities that require you to pivot quickly.</li> <li>Fosters a culture of effective collaboration to seek context and understanding, create connection, engage in dialogue, and meet outcomes.</li> <li>Organized, so multiple projects can be managed at a time</li> <li>Ability to work with global partners in Europe and India, requiring meetings that meet needs across multiple time zones</li> <li>Google suite expertise - Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides, Sites.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performance-based bonus or commission (for eligible roles)</li> <li>Competitive benefits, 401k matching plan and wellness resources</li> <li>Chance to earn stock options for top-performers</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>Paid company &amp; flex holidays</li> <li>ZINGy environment: quarterly events, team outings, and MORE!</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Onsite</p>
