This role manages service providers, work order performance, preventive maintenance, emergency response, facilities budgets, lease and warranty obligations, and facilities support for new clinic openings. Success in this role requires minimizing clinic downtime, controlling costs, and maintaining a consistent, safe, and reliable environment for patients and employees. Relationship and Vendor Management <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage vendor performance and outcomes through reporting, service level agreements, budget compliance, quality control, and corrective action planning.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct quarterly business reviews with key vendors and recommend service provider changes based on performance, cost, and business needs.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain effective relationships with landlords and property managers to coordinate repairs, building services, lease obligations, and other facility issues.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate facility services, support new clinic openings and transitions, minimize clinic downtime, and improve internal customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> Facilities Operations and Process Management <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage and coordinate facilities management services across a defined clinical portfolio, including reactive repairs, preventive maintenance, space planning, emergency response, and other ongoing facility needs.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage facilities workflows through FEXA, including work-order prioritization, response and resolution times, data quality, reporting, user adoption, and overall system performance. Ensure facilities vendors actively use FEXA to receive, update, document, and close work orders.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage vendor relationships and performance, including sourcing, pricing, service levels, contract compliance, FEXA adoption, escalation, and resolution of recurring service issues.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the VP of Real Estate & Development to develop, manage, and report on facilities budgets, including monthly variance, clinic-level expenses, cost savings, forecasting, and annual planning.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs to improve building reliability, equipment life, and clinic uptime.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track and report facilities KPIs, including vendor SLA performance, work order response and resolution times, preventive maintenance completion, budget performance, cost savings, internal customer satisfaction, and new clinic opening readiness.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate warranty claims, lease obligations, landlord responsibilities, and related cost allocations to ensure expenses are assigned to the appropriate responsible party.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support facility related regulatory and life safety requirements, including inspections, corrective actions, and ongoing compliance across assigned clinics.</li> </ul> New Clinic Setup <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Select, contract, schedule, and manage vendors required to support facilities preparation, ongoing maintenance, and new-clinic openings.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate facilities readiness activities for new clinics, including vendor mobilization, inspections, repairs, equipment installation, and completion of outstanding items.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track and resolve facilities-related punch-list items and other outstanding issues prior to clinic opening.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide onsite support to Operations and other internal teams during clinic openings, as needed.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure new clinics are transitioned into ongoing facilities operations, including vendor setup, preventive-maintenance schedules, FEXA workflows, and required service contracts.</li> </ul> Qualifications Education / Training: <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 5 years in facility management with increasing responsibilities managing a portfolio of at least 50 locations.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management or equivalent study.</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 3 years utilizing facility management platforms for day-to-day ticket and vendor management.</li> </ul> Skills and Knowledge: <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Possess basic skills for installing small furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and artwork as needed.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership and relationship building skills.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven record of providing excellent internal customer service.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to analyze data utilizing these and other programs</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and energy management systems</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review and interpret construction drawings, architectural plans, and space-planning documents.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of lease language and vendor contracts</li> </ul>  <div class="content-conclusion">About us:   UVVC, is a leading provider of comprehensive vein and vascular care with over 60 clinics across Arizona, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and expanding.
