PHI is a top priority of our organization.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">3+ years in relevant Referral Development/Sales with demonstrated success in healthcare. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Proven ability to utilize market data and field intelligence to uncover and capitalize on new market opportunities and achieve sustained referral growth by navigating the referral relationship funnel/sales cycle.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Experience with Salesforce CRM.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including political, economic, and competitive market factors.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Proven track record of success in customer service, sales, or referral development and demonstrated desire to grow and assume greater responsibility.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff to meet business objectives.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Demonstrated ability to reach decisions, take appropriate action, and follow through to progress the team.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Ability to both lead and actively participate as a member of a team to achieve common goals.
